For this reason, neither defeated nor victorious, we hardly elected a government that is not the owner of the truth, that needs us all, and my recognition goes to the men who represented the national party, the Colorado party, the independent party, all the compatriots.

And if you are happy, never make the mistake of offending those who chose another option. Tomorrow the country continues and the commitment continues. And he tells them and asks for them, and begs for them, an old fighter, who needs you, who needs us.

And thank you Tabaré, because we have won for the work of this government, for the continuity of this government.

Second, the brothers, those from Latin America, those who represent well, badly or regulate the frustrated hopes of a continent that tries to come together as best I can. The Argentine, Chilean, Bolivian, Ecuadorian, Peruvian, Brazilian, Venezuelan brothers, all, all have called us to give us a hug. Thanks brothers.
